“BOSCH CHOOSE YOUR SUMMER BONUS AU” PROMOTION – AUSTRALIA
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Instructions on how to claim and the gifts form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this
promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any
other offer.
2.
The promoter is Robert Bosch (Australia) Proprietary Limited (ABN 48 004 315 628) of 1555 Centre Road,
Clayton, VIC 3168, Australia, telephone 1300 30 70 37 (“
Promoter
”).
3.
Claims are only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
4.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Stores (as defined below) and
agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to claim. Immediate family means any of the following:
spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-
parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister
or 1st cousin.
5.
Promotion commences for purchases at 12:01am AEST on 01/10/21 and ends for purchases at 11:59pm
AEDST on 31/01/22
(“
Purchase Period
”). Claims open at 12:01am AEST on 01/10/21 and close at
11:59pm AEDST on 14/02/22
(“
Claim Period
”).

To be eligible to claim, individuals must complete the following steps:
a) Make a minimum spend (as outlined in clause 7 below) in a single transaction on Eligible Product(s)
from a Participating Store during the Purchase Period
(“
Qualifying Purchase
”). Eligible Products
include 3.6V, 12V & 18V Bosch Professional Power Tools and Measuring Tools
(“
Eligible Products
”).
Refer to Annexure A for a full list of Eligible Products; and then
b) Visit boschbluecrew.com.au/chooseyoursummerbonus, follow the prompts to the promotion claim
page, input the requested details (including but not limited to their full name, date of birth, email address,
telephone number, mobile number, full street address and Participating Store where the Qualifying
Purchase was made), upload a copy of their purchase receipt(s) for the Qualifying Purchase(s) to the
claim form, and submit the fully completed claim form so it is received during the Claim Period.
In the event a purchase receipt is not automatically provided to the individual by a member of staff at the
time of making their Qualifying Tran
saction, it is the individual’s responsibility to request such material.
7.
A participating store is any retailer nationally that displays advertising material for this promotion (each a
“
Participating Store
”).

Every valid claim received related to a Qualifying Purchase of an Eligible Product/s that satisfies the
minimum spend requirement, will be awarded a choice of gift, depending on the amount spent in a single
transaction, as follows:
