Locating Your Serial Number:

Your serial number can be found on a white label on the right side cover of your heater. For Exam-

ple: 150812779. Have your Serial Number ready before calling customer service at 866-676-1989.

"Loading the manual" means you need to wait until the file loads and becomes available for online reading. Some manuals are very large, and the time they take to appear depends on your internet speed.
