TW3001P Passive Single-Channel
Video Transceiver
®
The TW3001P video transceiver is a passive (no power required) single-channel balun that sends full motion video
(color/black-white) and Coaxitron
®
PTZ control signals over a single unshielded twisted pair (UTP) cable.
Two TW3001Ps or one TW3001P with a transceiver or active receiver are required for transmission over a single
UTP cable. The TW3001P is compatible with all Pelco twisted pair equipped cameras, enclosures, and domes.
NOTE:
CAT 5e cable is recommended for optimum video performance.

NOTE: A TW3001P CAN BE CONNECTED DIRECTLY INTO CAMERAS THAT DO NOT HAVE AN RJ-45 CONNECTOR.
UTP CAMERAS HAVE A10-PIN RJ-45 CONNECTOR. STANDARD RJ-45 CONNECTORS HAVE 8 PINS.
