DESCRIPTION
The LDC100 converts a DC drive auto iris lens to a video drive auto iris lens. The LDC100 has
a built-in amplifier that increases the video signal to automatically operate the open/close
commands of the lens.
INSTALLATION
To install the LDC100 refer to Figure 1 and do the following:

4. Use a screwdriver and adjust the ALC and
LEVEL settings for the best picture.
ALC
–Allows a variable selection of light me-
tering between average and peak levels.
Level
–Adjusts the brightness of the im-
age projected on the monitor.

Wiring Connections
1. Connect the LDC100 to the lens connec-
tor on the camera.
2. Connect the video drive lens to the con-
nector on the LDC100.
3. If the iris mode selector on the camera is
set to DC, switch the selector to VIDEO.
