SITE WORKS AND

Earthwork allowance:
for cut and
compacted fill up to a 600mm fall

EXTERNAL WALLS AND FINISH
Block Walls:
200mm series concrete
masonry block.
Render:
A TWO coat render system up
to 2mm thick to outside walls (with swirl,
vertical scratch or granite finish).
• Inside garage and gables when flush
with masonry block walls to have 2
coats of render system as per
external finish.
• All sheeted Dutch gables are to be
painted cement sheet with painted
feature timber when shown, all other
sheeted gables are to be painted 2
coat render on 8mm thick
compressed cement, blue board
sheeting.
INTERNAL WALLS
Timber Framing:
70mm and 90mm
termite treated pine.
Internal Wall and Ceiling Linings:
10mm gyprock to walls and ceilings.
10mm water resistant plasterboard to
wet area walls, patio ceilings and garage
base sheet. Villa board to shower and
bath walls.

Key lockable, powder coated aluminium
windows and external sliding doors.
• E.E. grey tinted glass up to 2000mm
high in full builder’s frame colour
