Rear Outfeed Support TS1015

SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS

Read the manual for the use

of this accessory with the

tool. Always secure table saw to a sturdy plat-

form or stand to avoid saw and workpiece from

tipping over when pushing long workpieces past

the table.

Table saw may tip if long

workpieces are unsupported

past the outfeed support.

When ripping LONG BOARDS or LARGE PANELS,

always use a work support. The Bosch table saw

Rear Outfeed Support TS1015 is an ideal acces-

sory to use for these applications.

Tools Required:

5 mm hex wrench, pliers

1. Mount the Support Brackets

, positioned as

shown, on the underside of the table on either

side, and secure each Support Bracket

by

threading two M5x16mm Socket Head Bolts

into the pre-threaded holes in the table and

tightening them finger-tight.

2. Place an Inner Washer

(with the larger hole)

over the Shoulder

of a Support Rod

, and

position the Support Rod

with the Shoulder

in one of the holes on the Outfeed Support

3. On other side of the Outfeed Support

, place

an Outer Washer

(with the smaller hole)

on the Support Rod

, and attach it with an

M5x12mm Socket Head Bolt

, using a 5 mm

hex wrench to completely secure the bolt.

4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to attach the other Sup-

port Rod

to the other hole in the Outfeed

Support

5. Insert the ends of the Support Rods

into the

Support Brackets

6. Using pliers, attach two Retaining Clips

to

the Support Rods

near the Outfeed Support

. These Retaining Clips

prevent the Outfeed

Support

from butting against the Table and

allow proper clearance for the Rip Fence.

7. Using pliers, attach two Retaining Clips

to

the ends of the Support Rods

.

8. Screw the Lock Knob

into a Support Bracket

9. Move the Outfeed Support

in and out a few

times. If needed, adjust the position of the

Support Brackets

to enable smooth move-

ment of the Support Rod

10. Use a 5 mm hex wrench to completely tighten

the M5x16mm Socket Head Bolts

Operation

The Outfeed Support

4

was designed to extend the

depth of the table’s work surface to support longer

workpieces. The Outfeed Support

4

is adjustable.

Simply pull the center of the Outfeed Support

4

,

slide it to the desired position, and lock it in place

by tightening the Lock Knob

NOTE:

When the Outfeed Support

4

is

not in use,

slide it to its closed position. During transportation

and for storage, also tighten the Lock Knob
