INTRODUCTION

Instruction manual:

Please read all instructions before operating

your new electrical canopener. We suggest

that you save the instruction manual for later

use.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

When using electrical appliances basic safety

precautions should always be followed,

including the following:

1) Read all instructions

2) To protect against risk of electrical shock,

do not put power unit in water or other

liquid.

3) Close supervision is necessary when any

appliance is used by or near children.

4) Unplug form outlet when not in use, before

putting on or taking off parts, and before

cleaning.

5) Avoid contacting moving parts.

6) Do not operate any appliance with a

damaged cord or plug or after the

appliance malfunctions, or is dropped or

damaged in any manner.

7) Do not use the appliance outdoors.

8) Do not let cord hand over edge of table or

counter or touch hot surfaces.

9) Do not use the appliance for other than its

intended use.

Raise can opener lever to upright position.

Insert can so that the lower edge of the can lid

rests on top of the drive wheel. Be certain that

the cutting edge is on the inside of the can lid.

Push can opener lever down firmly and hold

until the can lid is automatically pierced and

the cutting action begins. It is not

DENTED CANS

Dented cans may occurs and this might stop

the canopener in the opening proces if this

happens just gently force the can passed the

dent, after this the can opener will finish the

job.

JAMMED CANS

Jammed can may occour. If the can opener

stops and it is not possably to force the can

pass the jamming point, just release the can

opener at start at a different point on the can.

ENVIRONMENTAL TIP

An electronic appliance should, when it is no

longer capable of functioning be disposed with

least possible environmental damage. The

appliance should be disposed according to

the local regulations in your municipality, in

most cases you can discharge the appliance at

your local recycling center.

THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

  • If the above points have not been

observed.

  • If the appliance has not been properly

maintained, if force has been used against

it or if it has been damaged in any other

way.

  • Errors or faults owing to defects in the

distribution system.

  • If the appliance has been repaired or

modified or changed in any way or by any

person not properly authorized.
