Summary
Model numbers BF 30E and BF 60E are listed along with language codes for the included user manuals.
Key specifications: maximum heating power (30,000/60,000 Kcal/h), net heating output (31/62 kW), airflow rates, flue gas pressure, required draft, and electrical supply details.
Additional data: power consumption (2.5/6 A), motor power, dimensions, flue diameter, fan start temperature (50°C), and limit temperature (85°C).
Tips
- Keep the heater at least 5 ft below a fire-resistant ceiling and 2 ft from combustible side walls. Without a chimney, maintain 10 ft clearance above.
- The hot air outlet must be at least 10 ft from combustibles; the air intake side needs 1.5 ft free space.
- Always use a grounded outlet with a 10-amp fuse. Use only clean household heating oil—never gasoline, naphtha, paint thinner, or alcohol.
- Clean or replace the fuel filter regularly. Annually clean the combustion chamber and heat exchanger by removing the burner and tank; use a brush and vacuum.
- For burner maintenance, consult a qualified technician. Keep the fan and motor free of dust.
- Always stop the heater using the control knob to initiate the automatic cooling cycle—never unplug it while running.
- If using an extension cord, it must be a properly grounded three-wire type.
- Ensure adequate ventilation: at least 3 square feet per 100,000 BTU/hr rating.
- Never attach ductwork to the front of the heater.
- Read and understand the entire manual before operating the heater.
