(2) Size 1/4-20 x 2” Stabilizer Bolts

(2) Lock Nuts
Tools Required:
7/16” Wrench
#3 Phillips Head Screwdriver

Do Not Sit In Chair
Until Stabilizer Bolt is secured.

Folding Mechanism
Place fold mechanism
in forward position
UNSEATED
Folding Mechanism
Unfold chair to align
predrilled holes so you
can insert and secure
stabilizer bolt.

Secure folding mechanism forward into
stationary position with chair in upright position.

Align the predrilled holes and insert the 1/4 - 20
x 2” Bolt through seat and arm post then clean any
plastic residue from the bolt.
b.
Slide the washer onto the end of the bolt.
c.
Slide the locknut onto the bolt and tighten the
nut.
Repeat on the other side.
