REPLACING THE RECLINE ACTUATOR

PC-075/085/086/095

1. Unplug the chair.
2. Gently place the chair on its left-hand side (Fig.1).
3. If you are working on a PC-086, use a Phillips-head screwdriver to remove the six screws that

attach the air compressor assembly to the chair base (Fig. 1) then detach the air compressor

assembly and set it aside (Fig.2).

4. Using a Phillips-head screwdriver, remove the four screws that secure the fabric flap located on

the underside of the chair (Fig.3).

Tools Required:

Phillips-head screwdriver, needle-nosed pliers, 3/16” (5mm) Allen wrench, nail clipper or other instrument suitable for cutting zip ties, new zip ties at least 6” long.

NOTE:

SAVE ALL SCREWS FOR USE DURING REASSEMBLY.
