Voltage Sensor Installation (Telluride 4X4)

Tools needed:
2.0mm hex wrench
Note:
The temperature sensor (part #6521, sold separately) is required for installation of the
voltage sensor.
Installation Steps:
1. Using a 2.0mm hex wrench, remove the receiver box cover and the wire cover (A).
2. Route the red male connector of the temperature sensor from the receiver box.
3. Plug the red male connector of the temperature sensor into the red female connector of
the voltage sensor (power tap) (B).
4. Reinstall the receiver box cover and the wire cover.
Note:
Ensure that the blue O-ring is properly seated in the groove around the receiver box.
Apply grease to foam pads. Refer to the vehicle Owner’s Manual for detailed instructions on
maintaining a watertight seal.
5. Connect the voltage sensor (power tap) to the High-Current Connector of the battery (C).
6. Secure the voltage sensor wire to the positive (red) battery cable with the included zip
tie (D). Trim excess zip tie.

Note:
Traxxas models may have some Telemetry-ready parts installed
from the factory. Please inspect the model before installation.

• TQi radio system with #6510 docking base
• Traxxas Link receiver #6518
• Apple iOS mobile device (visit

compatible devices)
• Traxxas Link App (latest version available free from the Apple App
