Owner’s Manual
Thank you, and congratulations on your choice of the CDR-88RW-4 (CD Writing Kit).
Before using this unit, carefully read the sections entitled: “IMPORTANT
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS” (Owner’s Manual p. 2), “USING THE UNIT
SAFELY” (Owner’s Manual p. 3), “IMPORTANT NOTES” (Owner’s Manual
p. 5), and “Precautions” (Operation Manual of PLEXWRITER 12/10/32S
p. 76).
These sections provide important information concerning the proper
operation of the unit. Additionally, in order to feel assured that you have
gained a good grasp of every feature provided by your new unit, Owner’s
Manual and Operation Manual should be read in its entirety. The manual
should be saved and kept on hand as a convenient reference.
To connect CDR-88RW-4, the system software of VS series may need to
be updated. Please read “Check the software version of Roland VS series”
(p. 9) before you connect, and check the software version.
In case update of software is necessary, consult with your retailer, the
nearest Roland Service Center, or an authorized Roland distributor, as
listed on the “Information” page.
