One of the best digital recorders currently available, the
Olympus DS-4000
comes standard with many features that
make it stand out among the competition. Its elegant, sturdy,
and compact design gives you the power of a larger, more
expensive recorder in or out of the office. It has more than 11
hours of superb quality DSS audio with the included 32MB xD-
Picture Card, or you expand that with the optional 512MB card.
The DS-4000 easily creates, records, and plays files with its
easy-to-use thumb slide control. It also includes a USB docking
station with an AC adapter to recharge the batteries.
The DS-4000 is also designed to be utilized as a USB speaker
and microphone when connected to your computer, so you can
even use the DS-4000 with voice recognition dictation software.
The DS-4000 will also step up and perform in less than ideal
conditions with its noise cancellation technology to reduce
background noise in your recording and a backlit LCD screen so
you can work even in no-light conditions.
