Automatic Heat Sensor

MODEL: AHS-200

For use with NuTone Attic Ventilators

The NuTone Model AHS-200 is a 200°F heat

sensor and is intended to be installed in the attic
and connected into the power line of a NuTone
Attic Ventilator. In the event the attic
temperature surrounding the heat sensor
reaches 200°F (for any reason, including fire),
the unit will interrupt power to the ventilator
and then will be turned off.
1. Located the heat sensor near the Attic

Ventilator thermostat so that it is up-roof
from the ventilator and thermostat.

2. Mount the heat sensor on the side of a roof

rafter so that it's pointing down toward the
living area of the home.
