Connection Issue Using Quick Wireless Connection Mode



This bulletin was created to inform you of an issue and solution when the projector cannot be
detected with NS Connection using Quick Wireless Connection.


Description of Issue:


When IP addresses of both wired and wireless LAN ports of the projector are on the same
network segment, the projector cannot be detected or connect using Quick Wireless
Connection mode of NS Connection.


Reason:

Solutions:

•

Set the IP addresses of both wired and wireless LAN ports on different network

segments.

•

In the case that the IP address is not assigned to the projector’s Wired LAN port by

DHCP server, set the DHCP to OFF and set up the IP address for other network
segment other than 169.254.xxx.xxx/255.255.255.) for the projector’s wired LAN port.
