Unpacking:

Thank you for purchasing the Ruby Star™ by American

DJ

®

. Every Ruby Star™ has been thoroughly tested and has been

shipped in perfect operating condition. Carefully check the shipping
carton for damage that may have occurred during shipping. If the
carton appears to be damaged, carefully inspect your unit for any
damage and be sure all equipment necessary to operate the unit has
arrived intact. In the event damage has been found or parts are miss-
ing, please contact our toll free customer support number for further
instructions. Please do not return the unit to your dealer without fi rst
contacting customer support.

Introduction:

The Ruby Star™ is a unique red laser effect that cre-

ates several different patterns. The unit uses six mirror to bounce the
laser refl ection over a wide area. This unit has a sound-active mode
that allows the unit to refl ect on all six mirrors. The unit’s sound sen-
sitivity may be adjusted by a sensitivity adjustment on the rear of the
unit. When the sensitivity is turned completely down the unit can be
used to project the laser patterns to a single location.
