supplies last. Savings level minimum purchase thresholds are based on cumulative totals of qualifying items purchased on a
single sales order. Cumulative purchase totals among qualifying items must meet the minimum savings thresholds before taxes,
installation, warranties, or other related charges. One rebate claim per sales order and delivery address. Purchases must be for
personal use or by a small builder, designer, remodeler, or property manager. Purchases for multi-family developments, planned
communities, or other large scale projects do not qualify. Additional terms apply, see details below.

PROGRAM DEADLINES

All claims must be registered by April 30, 2022. You may register your sale even if some or all products on the order have not
been delivered yet. You have until September 30, 2022 to complete a claim that was previously registered on or before the
April 30, 2022 registration deadline.

1. To start your claim, go to

www.brandsourcerewards.com

Please allow 12 weeks from the date you complete your claim with
valid serial numbers to receive your BrandSource Visa Prepaid Card
issued by The Bancorp Bank, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license
from Visa U.S.A. Inc.
If you do not receive your rebate after 12 weeks from the date we
received your request, please visit www.brandsourcerewards.com to
check the claim status.
If you receive communication from us requesting additional
information, all responses must be made 2 weeks of your request or
your claim may be declined.
Your claim can not be approved without a valid serial number before
the program cut off date.
By submitting this claim you hereby accept the above stated terms.
This offer is paid with a BrandSource Visa Prepaid Card, “Card is

from Visa U.S.A. Inc.” This offer is void where prohibited, taxed or

3. Upload a PDF or clear photo of a qualifying Sales Order from any
Grand Appliance location that shows all four corners of the page and
displays completed payment, qualifying purchase date, qualifying
model number(s), store address, your name and your address.

4. Enter order details including Grand’s retailer ID:

5. Enter product details including the serial number if available. As
stated in the Program Deadlines, you do not need the serial numbers
to register your purchase.

6. Confirm the amount generated by your claims.

7. Enter your personal information including a valid email address that
you check regularly as this will be used to update you on your claim
status.

8. If you did not previously enter serial numbers when registering
your qualifying purchase, log back into your claim to enter serial
numbers following delivery of your order.
