One Section Reach-In Model
The Reach-In Air-Curtain model was designed for institutional
use, allowing the door to be kept open during tray make-up.
The unit will maintain an interior temperature of 45
°
or less for
a minimum of 60-minutes while the door is open. In addition, it
was specifically designed to be mobile. To facilitate this,
casters are supplied standard, as are stainless steel side hand
grips and a tubular rear mounted handle. The refrigeration
system is located at the bottom in order to provide greater
stability during movement. This model now includes a

thermostat which allows products such as
milk and juices to be pre-chilled for prolonged tray delivery times.
