IMPORTANT WARNINGS
Inspect all parts for damage to the carton or its contents. If damage is
evident, do not use. Contact your local Sunrise Medical dealer immediately.
Read all instructions before using this product. Failure to follow these
instructions may result in injury or damage.
Make sure all attaching hardware is tightened securely at all times.
The recommended weight capacity of the component racking connectors is
150 lbs.
INSTALLATION
1. Disconnect head and foot springs from bed
assembly. For complete instructions, refer to Bed
Instruction Manual (IM-429000).
2. Connect the head and foot ends by inserting the
pins of the rail connectors into the hooks of the
bed ends (Figure 1).
3. Use the flat head screws and hex nuts provided
to fasten the rail connectors to the head and
foot ends. Make sure the hex nuts are placed on
the inside of the rail connectors.
4. Place head and foot springs upright across the
rail connectors between the bed ends (Figure 2).
