IMPORTANT WARNINGS
Inspect all parts for damage to the carton or its contents. If damage is
evident, do not use. Contact your local Sunrise Medical dealer immediately.
Read all instructions before using this product. Failure to follow these
instructions may result in injury or damage.
Make sure all attaching hardware is tightened securely at all times.
The recommended weight capacity of the component mobility system is 100 lbs.
INSTALLATION
1. Remove head and foot boards from bed. For complete instructions, refer to Bed
Instruction Manual (IM-429000).
2. Connect wheels to 1/2" tubing on both ends of con-
nector, making sure that the side of the wheel with
six ribs faces the inside axle assembly and the side
with three ribs faces the outside (Figure 1).
NOTE–
To help the wheels fit onto the tubing more eas-
ily, tap the wheel with a rubber or plastic mal-
let.
3. Fasten both wheels into place with hitch pin.
4. Position mobility system over the bed end hook
(Figure 2).
5. Push down so that the pins of the bed end hook
depress the spring button. Slide the mobility system
to the left to fasten it to the head or foot spring.
6. Turn the head or foot spring around and place the
wheels on the floor.
7. To remove, depress the spring button with finger,
slide the mobility system to the right and remove
from bed end hook.
