Specially designed to power up to four bridges
(load cells of 350
Ω
) in parallel at 10Vdc. This
unit used whith the CCT-80 signal conditioner
accommodates 6-wire bridge circuits, where
two wires provide bridge excitation, two wires
sense the excitation at the bridge and the
other two wires give the signal to the converter.
The sensed data is used to compensate
errors due to the lead resistance. If a 4-wire
load cell is used, then connect terminal 5 to 6
and terminal 3 to 4.
Description
Remove the Packing List and verify that you
have received all equipment, including the
following (quantities in parentheses):
FAR-1 Series Power Supply (1)
Instruction Sheet (1)
If you have any questions about the
shipment, please call the OMEGA Customer
Service Department.
When you receive the shipment, inspect the
container and equipment for signs of
damage. Note any evidence of rough
handling in transit. Immediately report any
damage to the shipping agent.
The carrier will not honor damage
claims unlees all shipping material
is saved for inspection. After

contents, save packing material
a n d c a r t o n i n t h e e v e n t
reshipment is necessary.
