After your rebate is submitted

Before you submit your rebate

Please ensure that you have the following:



A clear copy of your original Invoice (photo or PDF with all

four corners of the page) showing: complete payment,

purchase date, model number(s), retailer name and

address and your name and address.



A valid Serial Number is required to complete your rebate.

If you are not taking delivery of your product(s) until after

the program postmark date of

10/11/24

please submit

your claim by the postmark date without serial number(s).
