INSTALLATION OF
FAT MELT ON EXISTING BB GAS FRYER
1. Remove (1) old melt switch and replace with new 3 pole switch.
2. Put fat melt control where it will be located and secure with screws provided.
3. To wire, put one black wire on H1 of fat melt control and other end with adaptor to (2).
4. Add white wire to H2 of fat melt control and the other end to (4) of new switch (1).
5. Add black wire to L-2 of fat melt control and the other end to (3) of new switch (1). Replace pre-
sent blue wire to adaptor.
6. Test for proper operation. If fat and fryer are reversed, interchange wires (3) and (4) on new switch.
