SC-1630/2436 Service Cart
WARNING

Read instructions before assembly.

Improper assembly can cause personal injury, and/or property damage.

Maximum load is 500 lbs. distributed ev enly.
•
Do not overload cart.
•
Do not use the cart as a toy.
Assembly (refer to parts list on reverse side)
1. Attach the swiv el/fixed casters to the bottom tray using (16) M8x16 hex cap screws, (32) M8 flat
washers, (16) M8 lock washers and (16) M8 hex nuts. Tighten all hardware.
2. Attach the four metal supports to the bottom tray using (16) M6x12 cap screws, (32) M6 flat washers,
(16) M6 lock washers and (16) M6 hex nuts. Leave hardware loose until top tray has been installed.
3. While installing the top tray, attach the handle to the same end that has the swiv el casters. Use (16)
M6x12 hex cap screws, (32) M6 flat washers, (16) M6 lock washers and (16) M6 hex nuts.
4. Tighten all hardware.
