INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1997-2008 FORD EXPEDITION WGI-F14
INTERIOR WINDOW GUARDS
TOOLS REQUIRED:
Power drill
Magic marker or pencil
Phillips screwdriver
1/8” drill bit
3/16” drill bit
Safety Goggles
Snips or cutter for plastic trim
Ratchet wrench with 7/16” socket
HARDWARE FOR PASSENGER DOORS (WGI-F5-1 & WGI-F5-6):

#10 X 1/2” PFHSMS (undercut flat head)

INSTALLATION PASSENGER DOOR WINDOW GUARDS (WGI-F5-1 & WGI-F5-6):
1. With the doors open, hold the window guard up to the window/door frame. The guard should fit
evenly around the window frame.
2. Mark mounting hole locations.
3. Put on safety goggles
4. Drill holes as marked with a 1/8” drill bit.
5. Attach window guards by using #10 X 1/2” flat head sheet metal screws.
