SUB ASSEMBLY:
1. Remove Passenger Seat:
•
Remove (2) T-50 torx bolts on passenger seat base.
•
Disconnect wire plug if vehicle has power seats.
•
Remove head rest on passenger seat.
•
Angle seat forward and pull back to remove seat, which is held down in the front by
(2) hooks on the floor.
INSTALLATION:
1. Mount C-TCB-30:
•
Position Main Seat Base Plate so that square cutouts are positioned where hooks for
seat are located.
•
Replace passenger seat sliding hooks into the floor first.
•
Replace torx bolts (T-50).
•
Mount Pole Support Assembly to Main Seat Base Plate using ¼-20 x ¾” Hex Head
Bolts, Washers and Nuts.
•
Attach Cross Brace to Pole Support Assembly using Tab on side of pole and
5/16-18 x 1” Hex Head Bolt, Washers and Nuts.
•
Mount Cross Brace on passenger seat using existing hole.
