REMOVE:
1. Using Phillips screw driver, remove existing inner plastic glove box assembly.
(Do not remove glove box door)
INSTALLATION:
1. Subassembly:
•
Position printer housing inside glove box
opening on left side. (Approximately 1”
inch from side)
•
Using the housing hinge as a template,
mark the three mounting holes.
•
The hinge rod should be above the glove
box fame. This is critical to allow the
glove box door to close.
•
Drill (3) 9/64” holes
2. Glove box filler:
•
The 2000 and newer model years
requires a glove box door filler (CM93605).
•
Attach this filler with (5) #8 X 3/8” Black torx screws.
•
On vehicle model years 1996-1999 – remove glove box retractor.
Note: 1999 and older models do not get this filler.
3. Mount Printer Housing:
Note: Printer should Not be in the housing yet.
•
Mount housing assembly using (3) #10 x ¾” sheet metal screws.
(These screws go through the hinge and the holes you drilled in subassembly)
