About 240 Volts

• The Mark X 240 VOLT operates on 220-240

volt, single phase power (L6-30 plug).

• 220-240 volt power is available at

most construction sites or with a
typical generator.

• Demand for 240 volts on a jobsite is less,

so it is easier to find an open receptacle.
No fighting other trades for power.

• 240 volts gives the extra power needed to

achieve gas sprayer performance, in an
electric unit.

• Contractors have discovered that 240 Volts

is an advantage, not an obstacle!

• 220-240 volt power is usually provided one

of two ways:

– 4 wire
– 3 wire

• Mark X is built with a 3-wire plug to be

connected to a 3 wire receptacle

• Mark X can be connected to 4 wire

receptacle by using an adapter pigtail
assembled by an electrician as follows:

Y - Red Hot
X - Black Hot
G - Green Ground
W - White Neutral (not used)
