Instructions for Use
WARNING
:
To avoid injury when attaching the mixer to the stand or when inserting or
removing beaters, dough hooks, whisk, hand blender or chopper,
ALWAYS set the speed selector on “OFF” and unplug the appliance.

” included in your Bravetti Model EP565/575 Power Mixer “Use & Care Instructions”
booklet before operating (using) the unit.
Before using your Bravetti Stand & Bowl, wash the bowl in warm, sudsy water. Rinse and dry.
Assembling Stand for Hand Mixer
• Place the Bottom of the Stand (B) on a flat surface.
• While holding the Mixer Shelf (A) push it down onto the Bottom of the Stand (B) so that the
protruding pegs of the Mixer Shelf (A) slide down the side and eventually lock into the holes
on the Bottom of the Stand (B).
• Place the mixer on the Mixer Shelf by sliding the mixer forward into position so that the front
of the mixer locks in place.
• The mixer is placed in the upright position on the stand by pushing open the Locking flap (C)
on the rear of stand and pulling the Mixer Shelf (A) backwards.
• Place Beaters or Dough Hooks into beater receptacles while mixer is assembled onto Mixer
Shelf in the upright position.
