The lightweight and portable Xerox Card

Scanner 200 is the perfect companion for

the mobile professional - a palm-sized mobile

A6 (4” x 6”) scanner which is packed with

advanced scanning functions and needs no

AC outlet. In addition to scanning business

cards, it also scans all type of receipts, pho-

tos, checks and plastic embossed cards, such

as driver’s licenses and membership cards –

in color, if required!

Business cards are scanned, recognized intel-

ligently and then the data is synchronized

with your Outlook contacts or smartphone

right away. Your receipts no longer get lost

Visioneer OneTouch with Kofax VRS (Virtual-

ReScan) technology is integrated into the

scanner driver so that it is working behind

the scenes so that you get perfect scans

from imperfect originals without having to

do a thing. VRS also eliminates the need

to rescan documents through automatic

cropping, straightening, brightness control

and edge clean-up. All this is integrated into

Visioneer OneTouch and AutoLaunch so your

entire scanning requirements are achieved by

simply inserting the card or document into

the scanner.

Searchable PDF makes finding information

easy – because documents are scanned into

a searchable PDF format, you can easily send

and share information with your team, clients

or headquarters.
