Concern:
An air leak in the pressure hose system may cause the following error codes to
appear: Pressure System Fault (F3E1), Long Fill (F8E1), or Overfill (F8E3).
Overview:
An important part of the system design is a nylon
washer that is installed on the pressure sensor’s hose
fitting. The nylon washer prevents the pressure hose
from being inserted too far onto the sensor’s hose
fitting—potentially causing the hose end to stretch and
lose its air tight seal.
If during service, the original nylon washer is lost,
follow the instructions below to install a replacement
washer onto the pressure sensor.
Instructions:
1.
Disconnect the pressure hose from the Appliance
Control Unit’s pressure sensor.
2.
Install nylon
washer (P/N W10739332)
over the
pressure sensor fitting on the Appliance Control
Unit (see Figure 2).
3.
Reconnect the pressure hose to the Appliance
Control Unit’s pressure sensor. Insert hose until it
contacts the nylon washer (see Figure 3).
