CONNECTING
VIEWING
Purpose: If you have a source that requires Component connection (YPbPr) to your TV (e.g., DVD Player) then you will
need to use a VGA-Component Cable adapter kit. The following are step-by-step instructions to guide you through the set
up process. (Note: We recommend the use of Composite (Video/RCA) connection instead of component from most
analog sources; your Westinghouse TV employs superior video processing and will provide optimal video quality. Always
use HDMI when available.)
• 1 VGA-Component Cable
• 1 Mini-RCA Cable

STEP 1:
Connect VGA-Component cable and Mini-RCA
audio cable to VGA port and PC audio port as shown
above.
EXAMPLE:
DVD player connected via Component
(YPbPr).
STEP 2:
After you complete connecting your device via
VGA-Component as shown is Step 1, Press the “Input”
button on the remote control to visibly see all your
input selections on the TV screen as shown.
STEP 3:
Using the remote control, toggle and select
VGA-Component input. (Note, you are ready to begin
viewing content through the VGA-Component input.
The VGA input for PC is disabled and can be restored
using the input select function again.)
