I have a Vevor ice maker ZBJ40kGSYPPSB0001V1 which keeps faulting on high temperature. The room temperature is 70 degrees F. I blew out the condenser, and nether seemed to help. I did notice that neither of the fans turn on.

If neither fan runs, the fault is electrical rather than airflow: check the fan connectors and the control board relay that drives them. Also leave 15 cm clearance around the unit. With a clean condenser and dead fans it needs service — it will keep tripping on high temperature.
