CAUTION
• Secure workpiece with clamps or vise before drilling.
• always wear aNSI approved safety glasses when drilling.
INFORMATION
• for drilling spheres, center the concave recess under the drill
guide on the sphere.
• for drilling cylinders and corner edges, use the V-groove under the
drill guide.
• To drill the center line of an edge, slide two small nails into the
holes the drill guide. Straddle the edge with the nails and twist the
drill guide so the nails are stopped on the front and back face of
the workpiece.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Locate and mark the center of the hole to be drilled with an awl or
center punch.
2. Insert the

" bushing into the drill guide and insert the
Centerpunch/Locator into the bushing.
3. Place the drill guide over the workpiece and center the Locator
over the center mark.
4. Without moving the drill guide, remove the Locator and

bushing from the drill guide.
5. Insert the desired size drill bushing with the large end up into the
drill guide.
6. Insert the appropriate size drill bit into the drill bushing and drill the
hole.
