In the event of a product defec t during the warranty period, take the product and
the RadioShac k s ales rec eipt as proof of purchase date to any RadioShack store.
RadioShack will, at its option, unless otherwise prov ided by law: (a) correct the de-
fect by produc t repair without c harge for parts and labor; (b) replace the product
with one of the same or similar des ign; or (c ) refund the purc hase pric e. All re-
plac ed parts and products, and products on which a refund is made, bec om e the
property of RadioShack . New or rec onditioned parts and produc ts may be us ed in
the performanc e of warranty service. Repaired or replaced parts and produc ts are
warranted for the rem ainder of the original warranty period. You will be c harged for
repair or replacem ent of the product made after the expiration of the warranty pe-
riod.
This warranty does not cover: (a) damage or failure c aused by or attributable to
ac ts of God, abuse, ac cident, misuse, im proper or abnorm al us age, failure to fol-
low instructions, im proper installation or maintenance, alteration, lightning or other
incidence of exc es s v oltage or current; (b) any repairs other than those prov ided
by a RadioShack Authoriz ed Serv ic e Facility; (c) c onsumables such as fus es or
batteries; (d) c os metic damage; (e) trans portation, shipping or insurance costs; or
(f) cos ts of product removal, ins tallation, s et-up s erv ic e adjustment or reinstalla-
tion.
This warranty giv es you spec ific legal rights, and y ou m ay also hav e other rights
which vary from state to state.
