To mount the TV FM Flush Mount Wall Plate:
1. If there is no wall box, cut a 1

¥ 4 inch hole in the
wall at the desired location.
2. Across the top of the hole, position a flat bracket
piece against the inner wall surface and an angled
bracket piece against the outer wall surface (with the
recessed part inside the hole).
3. Thread two of the supplied long bolts through the
two outer holes on the bracket pieces.
4. Repeat Steps 2 and 3 across the bottom of the hole
so the center hole in the bottom bracket is 3

inches below the center hole in the top bracket (to
match the distance between the mounting holes on
the wall plate).
