DESCRIPTION
Offered as a companion enclosure
for the Classic 30, the Classic
is a
closed-back cabinet with a
Sheffield 1230 speaker. The
impedance makes it compatible
with any of the Classic
Classic
etc.
Each enclosure has a detachable
back section, the removal of which
the cabinet. However, to
obtain maximum low-end response and
cabinet-induced tone coloration, the
back should remain intact.
One particularly good application for
this enclosure is in a situation where the
room is too small to accommodate two
(or four) twelve-inch speakers. In such
an environment, the Classic
produces a high-volume tone at lower
volumes (with cone distortion), because
twice as much power is delivered to one
twelve-inch speaker, as opposed to
dividing the signal between two twelves.
"Loading the manual" means you need to wait until the file loads and becomes available for online reading. Some manuals are very large, and the time they take to appear depends on your internet speed.
