The first is a shielded CAT-5 connector

, for connection to a Niles ICS system.

The second is a

screw down terminal strip,

for connection to the included DB9 cable.

Connecting RS232 de-

vices has never been easier . Simply run a CA

T-5 cable from the device,

back to the location

of the ICS system and terminate the CA

T-5 with standard

T568A wiring code. Next,

connect

the DB9 cable to the terminal strip and plug it into the device. The DB9 cable makes it easy

to connect any RS232 component,

no matter wha

t the pinout-wiring configuration is.

Simply

The RS232G is another member of the family of plug-n-play Niles network devices. Plug it

into an ICS system, open the IntelliF

ile3 wizard and the wizard discovers the RS232G. On the

like Baud Rate,
