The HX Series LED Exit combines energy-saving LED technology with a durable enclosure suitable for hazardous locations. The HX Series is UL listed for use in
Class I, Division 2 and Class II, Division 2 Areas.
Features
1. Illumination:
Illumination of the exit stencil face is accomplished with long
lasting, high output, direct view LEDs.
2. Housing:
Constructed of impact resistant, fiberglass reinforced polyester.
Housing color is gray with stainless steel hardware and clear polycarbonate
cover. Includes one-piece formed gasket and corrosion resistant hardware.
3. Electronics:
120/277 VAC dual voltage input with surge-protected, solid-
state circuitry. Charging system is complete with low voltage disconnect, AC
lockout, brownout protection, AC indicator lamp and test switch.
4. Battery:
Choice of maintenance free, sealed nickel cadmium battery with
12-year life and operating temperature range of 20°F (-7°C) to 95°F (35°C), or
maintenance free, sealed lead calcium battery with 5-year life and operating
temperature range of 65°F (19°C) to 85°F (30°C) - two head combo only.
5. Input Power Requirements:
AC Exit Only - .08A (120 VAC), .03A (277 VAC)
EM Exit Combo - .09A (120 VAC), .04A (277 VAC)
Combo - .21A (120 VAC), .09A (277 VAC)
6. Warranty:
Electronics: 3 years; Nickel Cadmium Battery: 5 year full, 5 years
pro-rata; Lead Calcium Battery: 1 year full, 4 years pro-rata.
