4, #8 Pan head Phillips Screws 1/2" long
for side mounting

On new installations, do not remove wood base until you
are ready to install the dishwasher or it will tip over when
the door is opened.

STEP 1 PREPARING DISHWASHER

• Turn off water supply.
• Turn off electrical power supply.

ATTACHING BRACKETS

METHOD B

INSTALLING BRACKETS ON MODELS

WITH SHORT DOOR, ACCESS PANEL AND TOEKICK

• Pull dishwasher out of the opening just enough to

access the tub frame.

• Fasten a side mounting bracket to each side of the tub

frame with the #8 pan head screws provided. The
bracket should be installed, as shown for your model.

STEP 3 SECURE DISHWASHER
TO CABINETRY

IMPORTANT:

When sliding dishwasher into cabinet,

be sure Side Mounting Brackets do not hit cabinets on
left and right sides.
• Models using Method A, position the dishwasher so

that the door lines up with the front face of adjacent
cabinets.

• Models using Method B, position the dishwasher so

that the wood mounting screw, as it passes through
the slot in the side mounting bracket, will hit the
center of the cabinet wood.

• Drill 1/8" dia. pilot holes, 1/2" deep into adjacent

cabinets.

• Fasten the brackets to the cabinet sides using the

2 Phillips head wood mounting screws.

IMPORTANT:

Drive screws straight and flush.

Protruding screw heads may scratch the top or sides of
the control panel and can interfere with door closing.
