The T25E is part of the basic
equipment for all kitchens catering
over 400 place settings or for food
processing plants. The new
integrated flat control panel
ensures an easy setting of the
peeling cycle time, and a perfect
and fast cleanability.

The special abrasive material that

covers the cylinder and the removable
rotating plate guarantees a high quality
finish to the peeled vegetables, with
little waste. The peel is reduced to small
pieces to facilitate the drainage
process.
