DESCRIPTION:
The concealed nitrous kit is a kit designed to be concealed in the vehicles as well as quickly and easily installed and
removed. This kit provides a minimal nitrous gain, but enough to get those extra hundredths of a second off of your elapsed time.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
ATTENTION: Two 9-volt batteries are required for this kit (not included).
WARNING: ONLY USE LIQUID TEFLON PIPE SEALANT ON THREADS. USE OF TEFLON TAPE CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO YOUR
SYSTEM AS WELL AS THE ENGINE DUE TO TAPE DEBRIS COMING LOOSE AND FLOWING THROUGH YOUR SYSTEM.
1. Connect the 4AN Female Swivel from the Nitrous Solenoid to the 4AN outlet fitting of the bottle.
Do not use any thread
sealant.
2. Place one end of the polyline into the compresssion fitting coming off of the Performer solenoid and tighten the compression
fitting securely. The polyline should not be able to be pulled out of the compression fitting if this is done right.
Do not use any
sealant on the compression fitting.
3. Place the nitrous jet selected from the chart below into the nozzle.
4. Slide the blue B-Nut onto the polyline as shown in the diagram followed by the cone ferrule.
5. Thread the B-Nut onto the nozzle with the jet in place. Be sure the polyline is pushed all of the way into the jet until it stops
before tightening the B-Nut. Once the polyline is all of the way in, tighten the B-Nut to secure the polyline. The polyline should
not be able to be pulled out of the nozzle.
6. Connect the wiring as shown in the diagram below.
7. When the vehicle is at wide open throttle, press the pushbutton to active the system. Only use at wide open throttle.
