DESCRIPTION:
These headers are designed to improve the exhaust efficiency of the LS series engine and have a universal design
to accomodate a wide variety of street rod, musclecar and custom applications.
Suggested Tools for Installation:

SAE and metric sockets, ratchets, and wrenches

Floor jack and load rated jackstands

1.
Raise and support vehicle off the ground.
2.
Remove any existing exhaust manifold and or pipes that
will interfere with the installation of the headers.
3.
Install the headers on to the engine using the supplied
gaskets, bolts, and washers. Install all the header bolts in
the header before tightening them. Removal of the starter
will make header installation easier in some applications.
4.
Install supplied donut on to the collector outlet of the
header.
5.
Install collector extension pipes on to headers using
supplied hardware (
See Figure 1).
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
WARNING!!!
Exhaust gas contains carbon monoxide, a deadly
invisible gas. Correct any leaks before driving!
