INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

Suggested tools needed for installation:
•
3/8” ratchet set with standard and metric sockets.
•
Metric and standard combo wrench set
•
Jackstands and jack
•
Liquid penetrant and rubber lubricant
1. Raise vehicle and support with proper jackstands for the weight, leaving the suspension hanging.
2. Use caution around hot exhaust systems to avoid burns.
3. Spray rubber hangers, nuts and bolts with penetrating oil to ease removal of the stock exha
4. Starting from the rear of the vehicle, remove the two bolts from the two- bolt flange. Slip metal hanger
out of rubber mounts over top of muffler and remove muffler and rear pipe assembly.
5. Unbolt the three bolt flange behind the cata lytic converter, slip the metal hangers out of the rubber
mounts and remove stock I-pipe and resonator assembly.
1. Insert the I-pipe hangers into the rubber mounts.
2. Bolt the three-hole flange I- pipe to the rear of the catalytic conve
-hole gasket supplied.
Re-use OEM hardware.
3. Insert the overaxle hanger into the rubber mount. Bolt the two-
lange together with the I-
2-hole gasket and 7/16 bolts, lock washers, and nut.
4. Insert muffler hanger assembly into rubber muffler insulators, with bracket toward rear of vehicle.
5. Bolt the muffler onto the overaxle pipe and install hanger assembl y. Use 3/8 hardware to bolt muffler to

The slotted holes o f the bracket can be used to center or adjust the muffler on the hanger assembly.
