Suggested Tools for Installation:

3/8" ratchet set with SAE and metric sockets

9/16” & 15mm wrench

Jackstands and jack

Liquid penetrant and rubber lubricant

DISASSEMBLY

1. Raise vehicle and support with proper jackstands for

the weight, leaving the suspension hanging.

2. Use caution around hot exhaust systems to avoid

burns.

3. Use penetrating oil on all nuts and bolts.

4. Remove the bolts and clamps from the system and

lubricate the rubber isolators.

5. Use a long pry bar to pull the rubber isolators off of the

pipe hangers.

6. Remove the old system. In some cases, you will find it

easier to cut the overaxle pipe to remove it.

Note:

Carefully check all rubber isolators that the exhaust
system attaches to for wear, cracks, and fatigue.
Replace as necessary.

ASSEMBLY

1. Install I-Pipe to factory outlet flange (behind catalytic

converters). Use supplied 2-1/2” clamp for slip fit end.

Note:

Do not tighten flange bolts or clamp at this time,

(snug only).

2. Slip the muffler onto the intermediate pipe with a

3" clamp on the front.

Note:

Inlet end of muffler is

marked. Snug the clamp so you can adjust the system
later.

3. Install a 3" band clamp on the front of the overaxle pipe

and engage it into the stock rubber isolators as you slip
it into the muffler. Snug the clamp.

4. Install hanger clamp assembly onto I-pipe and engage

into stock rubber hanger. Snug clamp to pipe. Hanger
bar should be level.

5. Working from the front of the system, align and tighten

each pipe from the cat-back.

6. Check for clearance to body, frame, and driveline as

you tighten the system from front to rear.

7. Check for leaks and correct, if necessary.

WARNING!!!

Exhaust gas contains carbon monoxide, a deadly invisible gas. Correct any leaks before driving!

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Proper installation is the responsibility of the installer. Improper installation will void warranty and may

result in poor performance and engine or vehicle damage.
