INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Description:
Contains the necessary hardware to mount the turbine inlet to the exhaust manifold. The hardware is constructed of
high-quality stainless steel and can be used with any Garrett T25 or T28 Turbocharger.
• INSTALLATION:
1. Hand tighten the 1.45” long studs into the exhaust
manifold, with the shorter threads towards the manifold
(See Fig. 1)
.
2. When attaching the turbocharger to the exhaust manifold,
and the turbo outlet elbow to the turbocharger, use an 8mm
washer under each nut, and hand tighten the 8mm x 1.25
nuts onto the studs.
3. Torque the 8mm x 1.25 nuts to 190 inch/lbs. (approximately
16 ft/lbs).
