If you plan to use the 28M for 2-zone ducking (muting),
please note that the procedure in the operation manual is not
correct. This procedure has the heading, “To give priority to
the Channel-1 input to Out 1 and Out 2:”
For assistance with this function, please call Crown Tech
Support at 574.294.8200 or 800.342.6939 (North America,
Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands only). They will send you a
tech note that describes how to set up the 28M for 2-zone
ducking using input channels 1 and 5 in parallel.
