D E S C R I P T I O N

The Fail-Safe CFAT5 Series is
designed for use in vertical,
laminar air flow cleanrooms.
The narrow, airfoil design
minimizes turbulence in clean-
rooms that require a uni-
directional air flow. The
corrosion resistant extruded
aluminum housing is enclosed
and gasketed and measures
1 1/2" in width to allow
mounting to a matching 1 1/2"
tee-bar. The lens utilizes internal
refractors providing concise
optical control while providing a
smooth environmental side. The
lens gasketing seals the lens to
end cap, preventing
entrapment of biohazardous
contaminants which could
inhabit the fixture. A removable
power tray facilitates quick and
easy maintenance and
installation. These luminaires
are U.L. listed and C.S.A.
certified for damp locations and
are manufactured in accordance
with U.S.D.A., F.D.A., N.S.F. and
Federal Standard 209E. The
CFAT5 Series is suitable for use
in I.E.S. Class 1 (M1.5), 10
(M2.5), 100 (M3.5), 1,000 (M4.5),
10,000 (M5.5) and 100,000
(M6.5) cleanroom
environments.

lens with internal
horizontal prism pattern.
Choice of clear ribbed
diffuser, opal ribbed
diffuser or yellow, ultra
violet lens. See Lens
