SAFETY INFORMATION

Read carefully for your protection and save all instructions

• Wear rubber soled shoes and work on a sturdy wooden or fiberglass

ladder

• NOTE: Fixture should be used on a circuit that is properly protected

with a fuse or circuit breaker.

• This lighting system must be installed according to National Electric

Code and local building codes.

• To avoid a hazard to children, account for all parts and destroy all

packing materials.

• Do not install any lampholder closer than 6" from any curtain or

similar combustible material.

• Do not touch hot lens, guard or enclosure.
• Do not install in damp or wet locations

SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS

INSTALLATION OF STEM KIT TO CEILING (FIG. 1)

Step 1. Thread NUT onto STEM.

Step 2. Insert STEM through center hole in MOUNTING STRAP.

Step 3. Thread other NUT on STEM so that MOUNTING STRAP is

between the two nuts. Tighten nuts.

Step 4. Install MOUNTING STRAP onto junction box with screws

provided with the junction box.

Step 5. Slide CANOPY cover up to ceiling and fasten to STEM with

screw provided.

INSTALLATION OF STEM KIT TO TRACK (FIG. 2)

Step 1. Slide COVER onto STEM.

Step 2. Thread both nuts onto STEM allowing room for HANGER

BRACKET (installed in next step).

Step 3. Slide HANGER BRACKET between the two nuts on STEM and

then tighten.

Step 4. Raise TRACK into place and align hole in TRACK with hole in

HANGER BRACKET.

Step 5. Insert SCREW through TRACK and tighten with NUT.

Step 6. Slide COVER into place

INSTALLATION OF STEM KIT TO FEED CONNECTOR (FIG. 3)

Step 1. Remove knock-out from FEED CONNECTOR.

Step 2. Thread NUT onto STEM.

Step 3. Install FEED CONNECTOr onto STEM.

Step 4. Thread remaining NUT onto nut onto STEM and tighten.

CAUTION

Mounting holes are predrilled to accept stem kits.
For 4 and 8 foot track lengths 2 kits are required. Kits may be mounted
at connectors or at predrilled mounting hole 8 inches from end of track.
If track is field cut, and stem is not being mounted at the connector a
new hole must be drilled no greater than 8 inches from the end of the
track to mount the stem kit.
