INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
NOTICE:
For proper installation, have a qualified electrican install
this product.
Before installation of any fixture onto an electrical junction
box, be sure to disconnect power.
This fixture must be wired and grounded in accordance with
the National Electrical Code, local codes, and ordinances.
Wire supply connections must be made with U.L. approved
connectors.
Check that fixture voltage and building voltage are the same.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Remove retaining
trim screws
on eighter left or right trim plate.
2. Attach to wall using support channels with holes provided
to J-box (by others),
contractor may add additional holes as required.
3. Connect the fixture neutral (white) to the supply neutral.
Connect the fixture line wire (black) to the supply line.
Use U.L. approved wire connectors.
Fasten green ground wire to ground screw.
4. Remove (squeeze) acrylic lens and install lamp to test fixture before continuing,
remembering to turn power on for testing only, then turn power off.
5. Reinstall lens by snapping into groove on eaither side of lens.
6. Install mirror (by others) into glass support grooves of the left & right trim plate,
and re-securing
retaining trim screws to lock in the mirror.
